Official opening of the VI Truffle Fair and opening of the Fairground, Truffle Market and Km0 Products. Wine tasting (Soccer field).

Showcooking The Truffle Cuisine, with chef Rafael Múria, from Quatre Molins Restaurant (Cornudella de Montsant), awarded for the third year with a Michelin star (Sala El Casal).

12:30 p.m.

Showcooking Truffle applications, with chef Albert Capdevila (Sala El Casal).

2:00 p.m.

Truffled lunch at El Casal Restaurant, managed by Forevents.

5:30 p.m.

End of the Fair.

6th Truffle Dog Competition (Soccer field).
