Friday, February 3rd : Ground floor of El Sucre Fairgrounds – Professional activity (capacity: 200 students)
Training day for students who are studying an intermediate or higher level training cycle of the professional family of Hospitality and Tourism in an educational center in Catalonia.

Introduction to the world of truffles, with Pere Muxí (SoTaTerra). What are truffles, how are they produced, what are their species? We know the intimacies of the truffle world from the hand of one of the reference truffle growers in the Catalan scene.

Exhibition with a truffle dog, with Dídac Espasa (Tòfona de la Conca).
11:30 a.m.
Break.
12:00 p.m.
The truffle cuisine of Can Jubany, with Quico Arumí, head chef of Can Jubany (Calldetenes).
